DVDTVCLASSICS.COM IS A RIP OFF. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! I ORDERED A SET OF TV CLASSICS AND IT WAS CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD THAT DAY. IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND WITH NUMEROUS E-MAILS AND EVEN CALLS TO THE PHONE NUMBER I RECEIVED ON THE BOGUS INVOICE STILL NO RESPONSE!
I JUST WANTED ANYONE ELSE THAT PLANS TO ORDER OFF THIS SITE TO KNOW IT IS A SCAM! YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY PRODUCT AS THEY DO NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT THEY ARE CHARGING YOU FOR.
THEIR POLICY STATES THAT THEY WILL RETURN CALLS & E-MAILS WITHIN 24 HOURS. I AM LUCKY THAT THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY I USE WILL REMOVE THE CHARGE & GO AFTER I F AND L. THIS IS THE COMPANY THAT CHARGES YOUR CREDIT CARD.
AS I HAVE GREAT CONTACTS I PLAN IN PURSUING THIS TO THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF INTERNET FRAUD! THESE PEOPLE MUST BE STOPPED!
PLEASE REPORT THIS SITE IF YOU HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS

Tips to avoid unprincipled websites

I went to the website you mentioned and it immediately raised a few redflags which would have prevented me from using it.
1. There is no contact info aside from an email. I always look for a physical address and phone number, preferably a toll free number.
2. The "about us" page is sparce, really contains no info, and has some interesting grammar usage.
3. I did an unproductive whois search.
Bottom line, if I can't find the name of an owner and have no real contact info, I move on. It was smart to use a credit (not debit) card for your purchase. You should have no problem getting a refund.
