I ordered a camera from thecamerapros.com over the phone. Big mistake! The sales person (Nate) told me that I needed a battery and a charger, since the camera did not come with those items. The battery sells for $139.99 and the charger is $289.99. Not cheap by any means. Anyway, I ordered these items, and as it turns out, the camera did include a battery and a means to charge it! So I ordered these things for nothing!

I paid an exorbitant amount of money to get it shipped Next Day Delivery, and found out later that they shipped my package via UPS Ground! I called "customer service" to see if they would credit my account to compensate for the difference in shipping costs, and it still has not been posted to my credit card account.

I finally received the package and I was actually a bit reluctant to open it. I was anticipating some other type of error. After opening the package, sure enough, they had not shipped the charger that I supposedly needed. I called "customer service" again, hoping to cancel that portion of the order and get the amount credited back to my credit card account. I figured that would be easy, since they had not even sent it out yet. They would not cancel that for me, and as an excuse, they told me it was because they did not know how much they charged me for it!!! What??!!! They said that they treated my order as "a bundle" and did not itemize anything. Therefore, they could not determine the appropriate amount to credit me with. So now, I have to wait again for a charger that I was tricked into buying in the first place.

DO NOT order from this company. EVER!!!
