Theotas Stewart is a deadbeat dad. He has a minimum income of about $10,000.00 a month from selling drugs and he refuses to support his daughter. He has a 16 year old daughter he has never paid child support for. I finally filed for child support in 2003 and he has not paid a dime yet. He claims he could only afford $150.00 a month but has not paid that either. He has three other daughters too. He only takes care of one of them. He likes to brag about how much money he has and tells everyone he takes care of his kids. He likes to lie about how much he does from them. My daughter has seen $100 for a birthday gift in August since I filed for child support.

Theotas Stewart has a girlfriend who has three kids by three different men. He likes to claim those kids as his own and takes care of them. But when it comes to his biological children he could care less.

He recently told the DA'S Office he didn't have a job and couldn't pay child support. The DA'S Office schedule a court date for him to get his child support reduced. Before the hearing he went to jail and had $7000.00 in his pocket. Boy that made him look good in court.
