This company lures you in with a "popup" when you apply online for unemployment insurance to get a "free credit report" because potential employers will be checking your credit.  To get the report, you need to enter identifying information, including a credit card, even if you do not want their "chargeable services to protect you from ID theft".  

The website says they will refund the charge if you cancel within 7 days and they give a confirmation number when you cancel by telephone.  Then, your credit card bill shows up with 2 charges for $1 each - one to IDSAFELOCK and the other to THINKCRDT.  When you call the phone numbers for each charge, they go to the same call center, and the staff is rude and insulting - one said that I was not smart to put your information on the internet.  They said they are refunding the charges, but I will believe it when I see the credit to my account.
