Think Tek And Their Silver Bomber Scooters Are A Rip-Off

I not only purchased one, however two "Silver Bomber Scooters from "Think Tek" in mid-November of 2001 for Christmas gifts for my sons.

The day after Christmas my oldests son's scooter stopped working. After inspecting it, we found that the fuse, fuse holder and wires leading from the fuse were burned to the point where they all had melted. The following day, my youngest son's scooter had stopped working as well. We inspected it and found the fuse, fuse holder and wires were burned and melted even more serverly (than my oldest son's scooter) to the point where it was smoking with a very bad eletrictal smell.

I atempted to contact Think-Tek, however as of this date 01/04/02, I have yet been able to reach anyone that will represent Think Tek, nor stand-by or honor any warranty.

I have also seen on the television only tonight, the ad for the "Sylvester and Tweety CooKoo Clock, with remote" it is still being sold. This Silver Bomber Scooter by Think Tek was also an ad on television.

What shall we do next?...Maybe a class action suit is in order?
