I too bought a tweety bird clock, never got remote. I called and wrote to them with no luck. I also got the warranty for extra l0 dollars.

Within months the clock stopped working. With no luck with the company I am out 72.94. They should have to be held responsible for this. I am sure I am not alone on this.
