THIRD CHANCE AUTOMOBILE FINANCE - Derwin Ware - Mark A. Gomez RIPOFF FOOLED ME INTO THINKING I WAS THE OWNER OF THIRD CHANCE AUTOMOBILE FINANCE Newnan Georgia

I don't need to bore anyone, with what just happened to me in too many words; let's do it by numbers!


1. I was misled into thinking I was part owner!

2. I creativley discovered the name THIRD CHANCE AUTO!

3. I invested Thousands of dollars into THIRD CHANCE AUTO!

4. I developed a new way of prospecting!

5. I worked long hours and 6 days a week!

6. I was always introduced as an Owner!

7. I used my credit on several occassions!

8. I used my personal vehicle for the business!

9. I received less pay than the Detail Guy!

10.I've witnessed checks written to a spouse!

11.I witness marijuana being purchased from the business
account!

12.I received $40.00 the weekend of Mother's Day, after working a whole week!

13.I was left in the office alone for several days, sellin' cars, answering phone calls, taking messages, handling customer service calls, contracting customers, always covered for Derwin and Mark when they consistently dodged phone calls! and much much more!!!!!

14.I was threatened by Derwin for selling a Ford Ranger to a customer with $500 down, other than selling it to one of his relatives with no money down!

15.I witnessed Derwin repeatedly loaning vehicles to family members with no money down! and still no money down!

16.I witnessed Derwin and Mark doing whatever they wanted, when they wanted with the companies money.
17.I was told by Mark A. Gomez that, " WE EVEN TREATED YOU LIKE AN OWNER"

18.I used to have alot of respect for Derwin until he asked to use my house to have sex with an unidentified female!

19.I put everything I owned into THIRD CHANCE AUTOMOBILE FINANCE, INC.

20.For 4 long months I devoted my time away from my family, to make THIRD CHANCE AUTO a proven success!
21.I was lied to by both Derwin and Mark that our AFC account was in very bad shape and that the doors would be closing for good Friday June 16,2006 but the doors remain open today!

22.I know that there are some very evil, and wicked people on earth, but none can compare to this!

23.I worked too hard, and have given too much of my devoted time and effort, to let somebody like Derwin Ware and Mark A. Gomez get away with this one!

24.I will continue to fight for my legal rights in this matter!

25.I will also continue to pray for those who have made any investments with Derwin Ware and Mark A. Gomez!
