 Thomas Allan is the biggest fraud I have ever dealt with in the loan industry. We as a company we're trying to get a few deals done with them and they started off and promised 90% loan all the way till the last day and he came back and said only can do 80% . Also they wanted to charge us clossing cost fees of close to $20,000 on each property last second. When I mentioned it to him he said that's the norm in industry and can't change it.! That's scam!!!! When I told Him he cussed me out and wouldn't stop texting me harrasing me and my business associates. He also made up fake reports and filed them. They are just hurt they couldn't do them and we found other lenders that were willing to work with us and we got them done! He even texted me at one point he wil make sure the loans don't get done since he knows everyone in the business. He's a 88 year old grumpy guy whose miserable in his life and tying to take it out on others! DO NOT use his service or lenders! Fake and waste of time!!!!
