We hired this company from an ad placed on Craigs List,we didn't check his credentials before signing his contract...we paid 50% down 1st day and they had framing materials dropped..He had every excuse in the world to delay starting ,finally after 3 days of it he sent his "brother" to start with a crew....they couldn't dig down into our rocky soil so they said they would rent a machine...well nedless to sasy the digging was never done correctly our poles were sunk 12" instead of the required 3 feet...the roof was 8" shorter on one side and everything was wobbly.
We gave them more money to come correct the roof and we paid another contractor to pour a slab so the building would not fall over before he finally completed it....he sent the crew out again...it was still wrong, my husband fired them and said he would find someone to do it correctly and did not give him the last payment because all we had was a wobbly frame $5000 later....we will pay someone legitimate to finish and be out several thousand.
The sheet metal we paid Flanigans for was purchased with a bad credit card and that company came to collect their money from us.We paid for it once we will not be paying for it again.these people prey on the unsuspecting and he has it down to an artform....except he is already on a long list of reports.....I think his own rope is fixing to hang him, because at this point we know where he lives where he coaches he has facebook page and so does his wife...
He mentioned to us he likes to be called Coach Flanigan, this is not what i will be calling him he coaches in Mesquite , Tx for the Texas Bombers Gold He lives in Forney , Texas at 517 Wolfe Dr 75126 and his brother is on probation for drugs i think...this would be the shawn Flaningan that comes to your home . BEWARE. AND I don't think QSI is really affiliated with this group...but somehow you will be directed to what looks like a legitimate website for barns.
