 Thomas is a 67 year old male from New Jersey with brown hair, receding hairline about 5'6". He pretends he is a millionaire and comes to Open House of 3.4 million dollar house and wants to buy it. He said he used to have a sandblasting company and a restaurant in NY and is a Veteran. He does not do wire transfer and will get a cashiers check for the full amount, no mortgage. He plays the role well of a serious buyer and wants to replace all the floors with Italian marble and buy a big pool table and bar for the loft. He will zap hours of your time, calling from the Billiard store to get exact measurements of the room. He drives a black Yukon, but claims he has a corvette collection and needs lots of garages. He is very convincing that he wants to close early, but has outrageous excuses as to why he doesn't show up with the cashiers check, like getting bit by a spider and busy buying new cars at the dealership. He is a con artist and thinks it's a joke to steal hours of your time. He doesn't have a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out!
