This report, filed anonymously under the pseudonym "Dickey", is actually Aubrey C. Aldridge, Jr., (d.o.b. 4-13-56), the never do well prodigal son who has lived out of his mothers pocketbook since the death of his father in l995. She finally tired of his depredations and locked him out. He forced his way into the house early one morning by throwing a brick through the picture window. He assaulted his mother and attempted to kidnap her, was stopped by her security, and arrested. He was convicted in Phx Municipal Court, #2009-90528617, after a trial, and sentenced to probation and ordered to pay restitution. He has a prior criminal record, arrested for perjury, Fresno County California., #F98905600-3. His mother posted bail, $4,000, which he never returned. He is essentially a transient, traveling the northern part of the country wholesaling inventory to adult bookstores. Although his mother is now 93, she is in charge of her affairs. She cut him off her accounts after he continually raided them via electronic pin numbers, as well as signing her name to checks and withdrawing funds, ostensibly to pay her bills, but always with a good percentage for himself. His allegations against me are all assumption on his part. He complained about me to the Elder Abuse Agency of Arizona. They listened, investigated, and reported him to the police for stealing his mothers money. This is Phx Police Report 2009-91759726. He reported me to the State Bar of Arizona, the first complaint against me in forty years of practice. The Bar investigated, took my statement, listened to him, and rendered a "no probable cause" finding. He filed a guardianship/conservatorship petition in Maricopa County Superior Court, PB2009-856. It was dismissed. He has filed again. Essentially, he has complained everywhere about everyone involved. He has threatened me in this website, other websites, and telephonically. He has threatened his mother, his son, and others who have protected his mother. He goes by the following false names or alias: Alex Adamson (an Alaska drivers license), and variations of his own name, such as Aubrey Aldridge Cooper, Cooper being his middle name. This website provides no public serviceby allowingcriminals such as him to file anonymously against anyone, stating false and inflamatory statements, threats, and so forth, under the guise of consumer protection. Aubrey Cooper Aldridge is not and never was a client of mine. His mother is a client. Aubrey Aldridge has no knowledge of any fees paid by his mother to me or anyone else. Aubrey is now on his third attorney in his attempts to get back into his mother's purse.He has yet to name any attorney who has maligned me nor has he identified any "estates" I have stolen.
