Mr. Ginn's companies are not accredited members of the BBB. Unfortunately people dealing with Thomas Ginn have to resort to other measures. Please check this website (((link redacted))) and search his name Thomas Ginn.
In Harris County alone he has been the defendant in four Civil Lawsuits, not the plaintiff. He also has listed some of his other legal issues on his own website http://www.ginnservices.com/legalissues.html. Please search his name here and see how he has treated former workers and clients.
I wish I would have found these reports before ever dealing with him, and I thank Ripoff Report for having a site like this, hopefully I can warn the next victim. In my opinion, I wouldn't do business with a person who has had that many legal issues and is currently filing for bankruptcy Chapter 7.

He is able to continue doing business because he changes the web names, address, and phone numbers so people wont find all the bad things about him. Please to everyone out there, research the companies you find on the internet before dealing with them.
