Thomas Peterson - TJ Pools & Spas, Pool And Spas Did not fix pool leak; sloppy, unprofessional, rip-off Toms River New Jersey

Tom promised to find and fix my above-ground pool leak for $125. When he came, without going into the pool or using any detection tools, he claimed he found the leak in 2 spots and sloppily slapped 2 patches on (which he charged $50 each) using and ruining my pool brush to apply, and promised that would fix the problem. It did not, and at this point I've paid him $225. I called and he came back, now claiming my skimmer leak is the cause of the problem (very minor leak) and applied some putty to seal. He also placed small patches over patches I had already applied and asked for another $50 and swore this would fix the problem. 24 hours later, today, the pool has lost another inch of water. I called to ask for my money back and he hung up on me and will not answer the phone.
