Thomas Shealy another scam being done Glasglow Scotland

I was using autotrader.com looking for a jeep to buy. I came across this one from a guy named Thomas Shealy. I emailed him asking him to send more pictures of the car.

It was a 2001 jeep wrangler with only 35,000 miles. I found it a little hard to believe. I typed in Thomas Shealy on google and found a report off of this website showing how he tried to scam someone to buying a lexus and another jeep. Then I typed in Moneybookers on google because I never had heard of that company and a report of how they scam people came up to.

heres what he said to me:

Hi there,
If you are interested in my car you should know that the car is absolutely perfect, it has a clear title, has never been repaired, never been involved in any type of accident. The total price that I 'm asking for the car including shipping will be $2,230.00USD. I live in Scotland now, where European specs are different from the American ones and it costs me too much driving this car legally here and also there is nobody interested in buying it here that's why I am selling it so cheap hoping to find a buyer since the car is located in Provo, UT at Moneybookers company. They have the car ready for shipping at one of their deposit. You will have 10 days to test drive it and verify it.

If you are not completely satisfied with the car upon inspection you have absolutely no obligation to buy. I would like to use MoneyBookers Shipping Department a third party service to handle this transaction for our both safety and comfort. (they will take care of the shipping/payment).

If you are still interested just send me your full name and shipping address and I will open a case and they will contact you with all the informations about our deal.
