Thomas Thompson and his "business" is an absolute joke. I sent him my bcm and $189 for a replacement that did not work. I had to then send it back to him on my dime to get another one. Week after week past with multiple excuses as to why i havent recieved anything back i finally got another replacement a month later which still did not work.

I had asked him right from the beginning more then once if this would be a plug and play unit and he assured me it would be. To make myself clear I specified that it would not need any programming i could just plug it in and go. He again assured me that it would NOT need any programming and would be ready to go. Well guess what, it needed programmed by the dealership but first he had to tell me that something was wrong with my vehicle over and over again even though i did not have these issues with the old module.

After getting the module flashed to the vehicle i tried to work out a deal that was fair and he would not do anything. I even offered to pay half if he would cover the other half but again he wouldnt. He told me any programming is the customers responsibility when i reminded him that this was suppose to be a plug and play unit and not need any programming he simply said he was wrong but thats not his problem.

His idea of "helping me out" is if i send him back the module he will issue me a PARTIAL refund. This is after i already have another $110 wrapped up in this module. So he wants me to be back to square one but out even more money. This guy does not know how to run a business and after reading more in depth on him i realize he is just a scam artist.

It's amazing this has become an issue even.

#1. He was supposed to be a mechanic of some kind, He should have known. Nearly none of the Body Control Modules call for programming this brand decided to make life harder on their customers. 

#2. I sent him another one when you called me and said it didn't work. It turned out they don't work on those cars unless they get the vin# and mileage changed on them for the car. With all the various cars and Diesel Truck computers, I have to deal with daily sometimes these details are not available. I didn't lie to him I didn't know and he didn't either. 

#3. he still got what he paid for regardless he would have needed to get it programmed no matter what.

#4. If your reading this and then check my website the one he was on and read the warranty and refund policy at WorldECM.com We don't pay for towing or mechanic work or programming. The customer has to accept that cost.

#5. He now has already got 2 BCMs from me and he has a LIFETIME WARRANTY. All he paid was $189 that's a great deal so if you need an ECM, ECU, TCM, BCM or any other computer module contacts me I will give you a great deal and save you money also.

 

Remember all press is good press as long as they spell your name right and this time they sure did and thank you for advertising my business.
