 Late 2019 Thomas contacted me and made everything right with this issue. People can change and Thomas proved this to me. Even after this many years, Thomas contacted me and made it right. I had given up on the matter and moved on. Thank you Thomas!

 Thomas I figure you are pointing out my training facility as I'm the only one north of Topeka as I was contacted today by some of our mutual friends,well maybe not mutual, on your post & obviously since I'm the only one north of town they knew of too. Well, you got the wrong cat dog!! Keep me out of your conflicts here or I'll really put you to shame & embarrass you on this site. In reference to the post they made below-how the hell would I know what goes on down at that shop as what was mentioned below? I don't go there and haven't been for, ummm, a little over a year or more. I don't converse with anyone that hangs out there and really don't give a f*** what you or they do. I am done fighting that facilities' battles behind the scenes, no more. When people ask....No more backing from me....!!!  Well apparently Tom is the liar here because I just looked at his fb page. If you go deep enough in the "about" page, he does claim to be a police office and certified accountant. Claims to speak Arabic & Spanish. However you do look somewhat like a Mohammed with a beard that's for sure! I'd have to agree with the folks here, and after reading his fb page, I see he obviously has some racial issues with the white kids.

 You should just give up on anything that pertains to K9's altogether because you obviously suck at it. I will not recant my statements about you being a scam artist and a BYB until for one, you pay me back. Two, you give up on dogs altogether. You're and always be a BYB and I'm obviously not the only one that sees this and/or has been screwed over by you.

 First off I would like to address the credibility of this comment left on 05/06/2016. To whom it may concern, the content of the comment posted is entirely false. Real individuals that have a legitimate claim of wrong doings can contact me day or night. The context for the comment made on 05/02/2016, is a gross misrepresentation, and an all out abundant lie. I have a suspicion as to who posted the comment, a new K9 training facility in topeka area, we'll a little north of topeka. The comments are false and far from and curate. As NO ONE, has ever been inside my whelping facility. It's insulated, ventilated and has heating and cooling capabilities, all of these to keep my dogs cool and or warm when needed. Secondly, I do breed and sell K9s, I also buy dogs on occasion to add to my Breeding program. As such the dogs are proven, and or titled. As such with my stud dog, i purchased as a Certified Narcotics K9. I have never proclaimed to be a dog trainer, and no one can say they have heard me say such. I have studied methods on dog training, and I implement those on my personal dogs. I have never been contracted to train a dog, and I do not seem out clients pets to train. I have various training services listed on my website, and I facilitate those training services through different Training facilities in kansas,Nebraska, Oklahoma and Iowa. I have a breeding Kennel, that's what I Do, I selectively breed in my program and produce working puppies. Moving on, I have never claimed to be a police officer, who would openly lie about such a fact on social media, I do believe that is a felony. I do not have multiple facebooks, I have one, and one website. Another key point I would like to make, is that all my dog are OFA certified, with ether good or excellent hips and elbows. All of which can be seen on my website, links are provided on each dog. Aswell as in my contracts, all my puppies come with a health and workability guarantee. All my dogs are UKC Registered, except those noted on contracts when a dog is purchased. I own seven dogs, all of which are registered through the AKC,UKC or FCI. Lastly, I don't have the time to get on the Internet and bash anyone. Especially with unsubstantiated facts, the comments posted on 05/02/2016 are false. People can come anytime and see my dogs with an appointment. I can only speak for my Kennel and my dogs, no one else.

 This guy Thomas is one of the biggest backyard breeders here in Topeka. He is affiliated with Mose at K9 OTC in Topeka Ks. He(Thomas) has to keep changing names, claims a kennel name which he puppy mills out of his garage. Claims to train but hasn't taught any even a touch of obedience. Falsely represents the dogs he tries to sell. Is in cahoots with another breeder that swaps pedigree papers. Thomas has I don't know how many FB pages under different names. Who does this? Let me tell you, dishonest people do. One claims he's in Holland, another he claims he's a law enforcement officer which is a lie. Steer clear of this seller because you'll be purchasing part neighbors dog or a littler with poor genetics only to have problem as they come into maturity. Always, alway request the paperwork, get proof from the vet. You may be looking at paperwork from a good dog and not the one you are actually looking at to buy. Avoid dealings with K9 OTC as well. As they say, " Birds of a feather fly together!" We'll that's what you have going on here. Last week I was there to pick my dog when one of Mose hood rats came out from the back with another ladies German Shepherd. It was a little rambunctious because he saw his owner. Well as the hood rat was walking the wild dog he was making many corrections(yanking the leash up) He did it as many as times from the back room up to the front desk. On top of all of that, he yanked so hard that the choke chain broke. Mose wasnt at the facility this day. Sooo with that being said, I'm not doing business there anymore as I'd suggest you look elsewhere too. There are several other board-n-trains in the city of Topeka and for the safety of your pet, I'd suggest you find a different one other than K9 otc Inc. The list of complaints goes on & on. Funny how all of the sudden he became certified in police dog training/sales too. All of that I was told was just signed off in trade as well. Always late, always has an excuse & never his fault! Shop around is all I can say.

  Long story short, Im not completely satisfied so speak for yourself Thomas. The pup I received ended up being a FREE family pet. She had an umbilical cord hernia and was fixed. If you call solving a problem with another problem "settled" then, OKAY. I'm glad you're are happy with the outcome Thomas. I would be too, if I could make a living out of ripping people off.

THIS COMPLAINT HAS BEEN SETTLED BY BOTH PARTIES, THERE WAS A MUTUAL AGREEMENT TO REPLACE THE PUP.  THE ORIGINATOR OF THIS COMPLAINT HAS RECIVED A NEW DOG AND IS SATISFIED WITH SUCH. THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED MUTUALLY.
