This company will tell you that the cable box/dvr you are buying will work with your cable provder and verizon. They will tell you they will be there to help with customer service to set your equipment up. Don't believe any of it!!!

They will take you money then it is impossible to talk to them. After investgating further, this company now called Thornton Cable was DVR Cable Boxes before that and JAM Enterprises before that. They keep changing names because of an overwhelming amount of complaints. Most seem to think the owners name is Jeff Davis. Not true. The business license is registered to first name Bianchini last name Jeffrey. I believe it is really reversed Jeffrey Bianchini. The middle name is David and he goes by "Jay" on the phone. His name on rebuttals on here Is Jay Dee. He is a one man show working out of a UPS Store front. He does not care about you he just wants your money and I am about to put an end to his ways.
