Thoroughbred Auto Parts , Gansvoort New York took my money then sent the wrong parts, I returned the parts and now they will not refund my money. Total ripoff! Saratoga Springs New York

I ordered a pair of foglights for my car from Thoroghbred Auto Parts.When I ordered the lights they said that they needed the part numbers for these lights so I called the dealer and asked for the part numbers.The dealer gave me the wrong numbers for the lights which in turn I gave the wrong numbers to Thoroghbred. At this point I was told it would be a 10 day delivery which turned into a 3 week delivery.

After 3 weeks I received the wrong lights with no invoice, and called Thoroughbred which they told me to send the lights to Nu Parts in Tempe Arizona and tell them to credit the amount to Thoroubred and then they in turn will credit the amount to me. At this point the price of the lights were $200.00 and he told me he would only return $150.00 because some lame charge.

Then he proceeded to give me the correct numbers for the foglights which means he had the correct numbers in the first place.

Now I can't get anyone at Thoroughbred to even talk to me and they are keeping my money after I sent back the wrong lights. They are not giving me my money back and they are not supplying me with the lights, so I consider this stealing!

This company is the biggest ripoff that I have ever dealt with!
