ThredUp has no moral compass. I sent in my gently used items (about 20-30 articles of clothing). Some items had never been worn. They offered me $1.50 and now will not return my items. I opted in to return assurance, but they said I did not. I would not send this company one item of clothing. I would also not buy from this company. I have read awful experiences with that side of the business as well.
