THRIFTY CARS SALES CLEARWATER THRIFTY CARS STEAL DEPOSIT FROM SENIOR CITIZEN CLEARWATER, Florida

thrfty  auto sales sold me a car. after all the papers were sign and i was to receive i left accept the car still on its lot it wouldn't start. i refuses to accept that car for repairs.

i refused to accept the car or its repair. i refusal deliver of the car and left. i never was able to drive the car off of the lot nor did accept the car. the car was left at the dealership.

now they will not give me my $500 dollars deposit because i refuse to accept the car in its condictionhich i have the right since the car was not properly given to me in good operational condition. which is on them. its not my fault that the car they tried to sell me was not operable.

the deal was cancel. they seem very hard up for money when they can't refund my deposit. i am wondering if the owner Mike Kastrenakes is aware of his cars sellman and credit dept mgr. are stealing from customer.

then when i try canceling the deposit they sent to my credit a copy of the bill of sale. but didn't tell the credit company that the car was never deliver. IS IT A SHAME if Mr.  Mike Kastrenakes knows of this and do nothing....i do know that the general mgr know Dan Rasoi he is accompanying  this behavior. so i assume Mr. Mike Kastrenakes knows because the mag Dan is representing Mr. Kastrenakes. thrifty car ripoff elderly women $500. shame shame shame shame on u Mr. Kastrenake deposit thieft of a eldery and disable woman. u make alot of money live in an expensive house why steal from a disable ellerly woman a broken down car and her deposit that is called in my words stealing. your company steals from honest people shame on thrifty cars sales in clearwater florida...
