Thrill Planet, ThrillPlanet ,1800Skyride, Taparu LLC They have flat out lied to me and scammed me of my money Kennesaw And Alpharetta Georgia

I wanted to try something new and exciting so I decided to go sky diving. I did a search on the internet and kept getting the same company so I figured they were probably the main company to go to for sky diving.

This company was known as Thrill Planet or 1800SkyRide. I called and they seemed friendly and excited to have me choose them.

After I purchased the sky diving ticket and DVD for almost $400.

Shortly after that I had surgery and was not allowed to jump out of airplanes. I called and called Thrill planet and they assured me that I could exchange the sky diving and DVD purchase for something of at leas EQUAL value.

They told me they had to research if a pilot was going to be in my area and would call me back. Of course they never did call me back. I kept calling and calling and calling. Days turned into weeks...weeks turned into months. I spoke with numerous people until finally they let me speak to a manager (aka a director of operations) by the name of "Lilliam DeJesus".

She was very nice and assured me that she was going to do everything she could to get this resolved. She seemed very nice and I figured maybe I finally got to the right person who was able to help me.

I trusted this person to treat me fairly. Again, weeks and months passed by but I kept calling. I kept leaving voice mail messages on Lilliam's voice mail. Nothing.

She emailed me a few times saying they could have a pilot in a different location, which usually was hours away from my location. I kept telling her I couldn't do that. I live in a state capitol, so there is no reason for me to drive 3 to 5 hours for a location when I can easily have it done here. My city had airports and that it had to be in my city.

Again it had to be "researched".

I finally got fed up and used my speed dial button for the greater part of about 3 and a half hours nonstop. (Can you tell that I was very angry by that time?)

FINALLY, after the MILLIONTH call (It wasn't a million calls but it sure was a lot!)

Lilliam calls me back and tells me that I am #1 today adn that they are going to get it done for me right now. I asked her how much the plane ride will be and she said not to worry. I asked if it turns out to be more cost than what I had paid to ThrillPLanet will I have to pay extra. SHe assured me that I would not have to pay extra. Then I asked what if it the cost was less and she said that I did not need to worry that she would make sure I would receive something of at least equal value of what I paid into Thrill Planet.

10 minutes later someone from Thrill planet called me to confirm a date which was that following Saturday. I went to the place where my plane ride was going to be. They were friendly and nice. They told me I only had an hour booked and that they charge $130 an hour.

So Thrill Planet only paid an hour's worth with that company. Further more, the owner of the company informed me that they had never heard of Thrill Planet or 1800Skyride before.

I called Lilliam back and wanted the difference fedexed to me. I had been through enough and I wanted what was fair. She refused to cooperate. She flat out lied to me and looking back in hind sight, I think she only booked that flight to get me out of her hair because I was not giving up on what's rightfully mine.

Apparently, Thrill Planet aka 1800Skyride (they have dozens of other names they operate under) makes it a consistent habit to screw over it's customers.

It is sad that good people are getting scammed by companies like this.

There are several district attorneys and attorney generals working on cases where this very same company has defrauded and scammed people.

I have yet to see my money back. But if you have been scammed by this company you can possibly use my information here to help you. I"ve dug up information on the owners and directors of operations of this company.

Next, contact your State District Attorney's office Immediately.

File a dispute with your credit card company IMMEDIATELY

File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (takes all of 10 minutes) www.ftc.gov

As a side note, the owner Cary Quattrochi, seems to have a family tradition in criminal activity. His brother Chris aka "Slam" Quattrochi is in prison for gang activity, drugs, and violence.

Thrill Planet has numerous lawsuits pending against them for all kinds of low down activity. I wish I had known this before I made a purchase decision. If you're considering Thrill Planet, take this as your WARNING.
