This company deposited my annuity payment last year to the wrong bank and consequently I never received my payment. This year my payment was scheduled to be deposited to my bank account on 2/05/07. To date (2/15/07) they have not deposited my annuity payment. Several phone calls and e-mails later, the upshot is their explanation - they are changing platforms for certain accounts. Sounds very much like last year. I was strung along for a month before they told me that they deposited my check to the wrong bank and too bad for me.

I can just imagine how you feel about this. I recently seperated from the company and I can tell you from experience that everything seems great on the outside but extremely un-organized and unproductive in the inside. I have personally seen and also put in several requests to have things like this researched and they sit in a queue for months and months and months at a time before somebody like yourself calls and wants an explaination. Then the contact center puts in another request for the same issue and that moves to the back of the pecking order. When the say they will research and get back to you means, they have better things to do at the time. I have seen millions of dollars disappear from the accounts online or no access to funds on a daily basis. I am truly sorry for your experience with TIAA-CREF.
