I cancelled the automatic payment plan with my insurance company because I did not have the funds In my account. I called them to make sure they cancelled the automatic payment plan they said they did.

On 05/30/2008 my insurance company took It upon themselves to take the money out & causing everything to bounce In my checking account. My insurance agree to pay all the money back.

This left me with a negative balance for 45 days due to there mistake. It took them the whole month of june for them to refund me $600 but this did not cover all the overdraft fees.

I am still In negative balance due to my insurance company making the transaction & I do not have the money to pay the remaining overdraft charges of $470.

Tic wants to punish me because of my insurance company too the money out & I did not authorize them to & causing me $900 In overdraft fees because I had other bills coming out.

Tic Is threatening to report me to collections, checksystems, but I have already opened me another account with another bank. I am a long term custormer of tic federal credit union.

To be treated like this Is just horrible. They are well aware of the situation but they want to hold me responsible. I am still working with my insurance company for them to refund me the last $470.

It has been over 45 days my account has been In negative status why should we have to pay the price or be punish because the company went ahead & took the money out & caused over $600 overdraft fees.

I have never had a problem like this. It seems this sort of thing Is common these days.

businesses are getting innocent people introuble

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, August 21, 2008

Business are getting innocent people introuble, buy making unauthorized transaction's & causing problem's with there checking account's.

The business or companies do not care If they screw you out of a checking account or getting you introuble with your bank. They are taking peoples money out & not telling them.

Only to find out later when the bank charges all these hundred's of dollars of $30 non sufficent fund fees.

It has been already reported on this site that companies take money from your checking account when ever they want & cause you these (NSF) fee's to occur.

The bank still blames you for the problem & closes your account & report you to cheksystems.

Then It takes forever for the company to refund your money therefore causing your account to be overdraft status. I would like to know what the problem Is!.

Tic wrongfully closed my account

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, August 21, 2008

It seem's all bank's are doing this to people. My insurance company made an unauthorized withdrawel I cancelled the automactic payment plan 30 day's before the payment was due.

Tic had the nerve to close my fault I have there fax of them stating that each $30 (NSF) which caused my checking account to be In the negative.

My insurance company has paid all my money back totaling $650 but I am $457 still past do & I am working with them to get this paid.

But bank's still want to punish the custormer when businesses made unauthorized transactions.

Also the other problem was I had to wait 2 week's for my insurance company which caused other thing's to bounce In my checking account.

So you can see why I am so upset!.

1) that you allegedly have money but don't pay your bills and file fraudulent reports against people/companies that want and deserve top get paid or

2) You have no money as you have stated in multiple collection threads for attention and just get services you know you can never pay for and welch on them?

One of them has to be a lie and both positions are stated by YOU just like trying to hide behind a bogus name and filing more fraudulent reports. How many bogus screen names do you have on this site so you can crap in other people's complaints?

Tic bad credit union

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, August 04, 2008

We deserve not to get ripped of to or having to pay the price because my insurance company took It upon themselves to take the money out & caused me over $300 In overdraft fees.

Banks still hold you responsible even If It Is not your fault. I agree with other people banks should not let a company take money out of your bank account If you don't have the money.

TIC has the nerve to close my account after knowing my insurance company who made the transaction after I told them to cancel the automatic payment withdrawel.

I got me a knew bank account & I will never sign up for any automatic payment withdrawel because businesses abuse this & get you introuble.

Tic is a bad credit union they still hold you responsible even If It Is not your fault they are bad has bank of america, I got me a new bank account, It Is not with bank of america, or wachovia.

Know we can add TIC federal credit union with the list of bad banks with bank of america, & wachovia. Its horrible after banking with TIC over 10 years this Is how they treat you, because a business made an unauthorized transaction.

I have to pay the price!.
