Complaint Review: Tickbox tv
Tickbox tv I returned the item on July 14, 2017. They received it and signed for it. I have an email stating a check was mailed on July 24th 2017 and I would receive it within 5-7 business days. I've communicated via email, chat and the customer service line that I found out is located in Costa Rica. sandy Springs Georgia
I received the product well outside of the 2 week delivery promise. I tried the product for 1 day and it wasn't what was promised at all. Could not get all the channels I was promised and trying to access anything was not working. Technical Support was not helpful. I boxed it all up and sent it back on July 14th as they stated guaranteed refund within 30 days of receipt. I sent it back and it was signed for. I received an email stating I would receive a check in the amount of $99.90 withinig 5-7 business days. Several chats online, emails and phone calls to the customer service center which I found out is located in Costa Rica and I still do not have a refund or any reason why I have not received it yet.
