Ticket Busters "money back guarantee"--buyer beware!!! Westlake Village California

Well, I used Ticket Busters about 3 years back on a traffic violation involving the carpool lane. They did some good work and were VERY reachable but didn't beat my ticket, so I invoked their "money back guarantee" at which point they became defensive and uncooperative. They found a loophole in my claim that said they aren't responsible for refunding my money, then they wouldn't return my phone calls.

I would warn all prospective customers of this service to consider that this is a company that is trained to help find the loopholes in traffic courts....so is also trained to find the loopholes in their own guarantees.
