Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Ticket Evolution's deceitful tactics and lies to their investors and customers have gone too far.  100% broker owned, my a*s.  And the constant excuses for not fulfilling their obligations when it comes to providing the software they claim to be creating - namely a "working" point-of-sale, uploader, and exchange - are seemingly endless.  Something is either always broken or not yet available...even though it was due out last week, last month, or two years ago!!  It's as if the call-center representatives are being handed scripted responses and being told to lie their asses off.  

And as to why these services either A) aren't working properly or, B) haven't been released yet?  Very poor business planning on Ticket Evolution's part is the only possible answer.  I feel bad for those Ticket Evolution call center employees who continue to lie for their bosses. [continued below]....

.....  Greg Doran, the current CEO/President of Ticket Evolution is definitely out of his depth.  And as for the founders of the company...perhaps they're smart guys, but they've screwed up BIG by trusting Drew Gainor, the so-called VP of Technology or Development or whatever.  I hope the company succeeds...but it's not looking good.

As a former client, all I can say is that I paid month after month for ZERO sales.  My tickets sell everywhere BUT Ticket Evolution.  They only suggestion I get from Tevo's support/tech is, competition is high and pricing can be fierce.  Really?!  Only on YOUR exchange???  Then why am I making dozens of sales daily on your competitor's sites?  Because Ticket Evolution is doing something wrong!

Customer perspective - swindlers

Upon reading the rebutal from this company's owner it's even clearer to me (a former customer) why I only received excuses and accusations when I compained about Ticket Evolution trying to swindle me.  With management setting an example of excuse-making, it's obvious why this type of behaviour is embedded in the company's culture.

I had never had issues purchasing tickets from other sites. However I will never use Ticket Evolution's services again.  Upon ordering tickets to a game I became concerned over the amount of time it took for the tickets to arrive.  After contacting Ticket Evolution about this they gave me the standard runaround responses to buy time for themselves.  Finally my tickets arrived...on game day!!  I had resigned myself to the notion that I wouldn't be able to attend since my tickets hadn't arrived in a timely fashion.  Now I'm finding myself stuck with tickets I no longer have a need for.  

Nevertheless, I call my friend and we go to the game together only to be humiliated by having our tickets confiscated at the gate and then being turned away and chastised by security!!!!!!  After calling Ticket Evolution again I was spoken to by some woman as if I was some kind of fraudster!  There was no empathy or consideration given for what they had put me through!  They reluctantly agreed to refund me 150% but only after threats and an unbelievable amount of hassle.  I even had to have my girlfriend call them to corroborate what I was telling them!  Never again!!  I will certainly tell anyone who will listen to avoid Ticket Evolution and its affiliates.

Oh the power of the anonymous internet.  This is clearly written by a disgruntled former employee on a site that invites such things.  The post's content is not remotely accurate.  Rather than pay for this web site's services to have them help us remove the post from their own site, we at Ticket Evolution invite anyone reading this to please call us at 201-499-0833.  Thank you.
