Ticket Galaxy Bait & Switch Internet

I placed an order for tickets to the Ringling Bros. Barnum & Bailey Circus in Fairfax, VA on April 18, 2014.  Three tickets were offered in Section 114, Row BB as the "best available" at the time of purchase.  The charges were $186.00 ($62.00 per ticket) plus $42.78 service fee and $7.50 internet delivery fee for a total of $236.28.

Apparently between the order process being initiated and finalized, and without notice, the row designation was changed from BB to AA-Q.  The tickets issued were Section 114, Row N, Seats 1, 2 & 3; each with a face value of $25.00.  Unfortunately, I did not notice the discrepancy until I entered the event.
