Ticketbust ticketbust.com Failed to give refund giving an an excuse rules they didn't mention before, on purpose probably Westlake Village, California

Here is what happened, Ticketbust is not only not successful on most cases as I see in forums online, they just won't give the $100.00 refund to anybody as I see in forums online which is why I am signing up my report.

After hiring their services a few months ago they FAILED with the Trial by Declaration followed by a total loss of interest on letting me know what the real of the situation with my case in court was. My violation was for crossing a double yellow line on the carpool lane.

So after they failed not only they suggested me to go present myself in front of a Judge who wouldn't give me ANY chance to say even a word about my defense, after coming back home that day they also asked me to go back AGAIN and ask for another document ("minute order") when I ask about the $100 refund (they claim they give if they are not successful they sent me this letter where they say they will not give me a reimbursement of $100.00 mentioning that they "didn't receive your deception notice or a signed copy of a TR-220 within (10) days of the court's decition.. and also "Never received new trial documents, court denied new trial".

So if you have rules, those I found with no grounds, they never mentioned those to me during the emails and phone conversations I had with all these girls answering the phones and emails. Also everytime I ask girls simple questions they just won't answer in simple words regarding my case. 

Now, regarding the refund they FAILED to let me know of any impediment for getting it. 

They are just lying and stealing money from people.
First they just sent documents to court, they didn't succeed and then just play dumb sending me to the court making me believe I had a chance to fight for my case when the judge just told me, YOU LOST, THERE IS NOTHING ELSE TO SAY, YOU EVEN PAID YOUR BAIL They even send me by email some instructions, which I followed; So when I asked the judge for my violation to be changes to a "no point violation" (as their suggestion) he just told me THAT WOULD BE ILLEGAL, so I asked him (following again another suggestion) if I could go to traffic school, he just said YOU HAVE A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOR, GOOD BYE(I wasn't aware that after the so called "Trial by Declaration" you lose your right to traffic school, but they should know it right?) And that was the end of it.
So I go back home, send them an email and they asked me for a MINUTE ORDER, so I had to get back to the court again to get it so I can get my refund, I send that document to them and one of their girls called me.. but I didn't get the call so I called back and since she was busy I was talking to someone that told me I CAN'T TELL YOU ABOUT YOUR CASE BUT YOU WILL RECEIVE A LETTER FOR YOUR REFUND And I got this letter today.

So first, they lose my case, then FAILED to give me the right support making me believe I had a chance by myself at court, then they make me go AGAIN for some document and now they just tell me on my face, WE ARE KEEPING YOUR MONEY because you didn't follow some rules we didn't tell you about ? 

Now please tell me if something can be done to stop these people from scamming people.
