First of all again when I found these monkeys through Google search "fighting speeding ticket without going to court" and I filled out the form that says trial free, then later I was advised to call them.

So I called up in confident of a free trial and spoke with somebody named Christina. I clearly asked Christina that if I needed to go to court cause I could not for whatever reason, not to mention the court is in South California and I live in the far north, but then I was told that there clients doesn't go to court and thats what they do to just take care of fighting my speeding case with a money back guarantee if not dismissed, guaranteeing 95% dismissal (not even mentioning to me that there is a chance I might have to go court or even explain further before asking payment), on the right side of that call I was asked to pay right away using my debit card so they can take care of the case ASAP (given not enough time to read nor even disclosing to me everything). Now I learned thats what scammers are (they're lure you for your money).

I have the time recorded when I spoke with Christina and the time she charged me before she sent me the papers to be read and signed. Unfortunately I followed there deceptive instructions on time.

After a few weeks I receive Kern County courts decision of finding me "guilty" and the bail was not reduced either. I contacted ticketbust.com peacefully cooperatively and spoke with almost all of them already (Amanda, Scott, Christina) including there tricky boss Steve but now I was told I need to go to court for second trial which I already explained in the first place the reason why I got into them is because they told me I don't have to do that. But the tricky Steve ignores the fact that they lied verbally to get my money and giving ridiculous excuses why I don't qualify for a refund. I decided to send an email to 3 of them but got no response. Was hoping to get my money back guarantee to pay bills but scammer usually don't return stolen money.

At first they make you real comfortable to get your money. Hopefully this helps the rest of the people to avoid these kinds of scheme. And please Law enforcements go after these scam people.
