TicketBust.com They did not honor their money back guarantee, even though I told them up front and in advance that I would not travel from Seattle to fight this tickect in Merced Westlake Village California

When I orginally contacted TicketBust.com I explained my circumstances with my ticket.  They told me this should be an easy ticket to have overturned.  I also explained that if it was not successful, I was not going to travel from Seatle to Merced to fight this ticket, just to get my refund.  I was told all I needed to do was send a letter stating this was discussed and that all would be returned except for a $100 processing fee. 

I did exaclty as told and now they are telling me they are keeping 100% of my money because I did not go the California to fight the ticket as requied in their money back guarantee poliy. I believe this company not to be trusted and should be avoided at all costs.
