In 2010, I purchased 4 tickets to see Eric Clapton for his March 2011 concert in San Diego.  I found Tickets In Time Online and paid $1171.56 with my CHASE VISA-feeling safe that VISA would PROTECT me in the event I had problems with the sale. Was I wrong.  Within an hour? of time, I purchased the tickets the seating chart that Tix in Time had posted on their website, did not appear to be correct. Sure enough TICKETS IN TIME had posted a bogus seating chart on their website for the San Diego Sports Arena/Viejas Casino. They showed me sitting much, much closer to the stage, when in fact I was seated very far from the stage-pure fraud. I immediately contacted them and their "supervisor" Marion insisted their seating chart was accurate. Since she did not live in San Diego, we argued about this, and then after being put on hold for a very long time, she came back on and tried to "upgrade me" to better seats. I had zero trust for this company after this. I told them I did not trust them and wanted my money back-they refused (mind you, this transaction had taken place within hours of me calling).
I emailed this corrupt company many times making sure I was documenting everything. I then filed a claim with CHASE VISA to dispute my claim. CHASE VISA was just as bad-they gave me 2 (two)-you read right-2 days to respond after Tix in Time took close to 2 months to respond. This dispute went back and forth for 5 months. CHase VISA's reprsentative, Kari Heidl, notified me this morning 5/17/11 that CHASE VISA will not be crediting my account. Why? Because they state (get this)-this is a QUALITY DISPUTE. I asked Kari where this was in writing-how can consumers know when a credit card company will/won't support you when you have been ripped off by a fraudulent company. Her response? This information is NOT available to the public! Their Dispute process and procedures /VISA rules and regulations are hundreds of pages long so this information is not available to the  public.
So not only does TICKETS IN TIME get away with ripping off a Chase Visa customer and Chase VISA does absolutely NOTHING to help. I guarantee you (and I will be checking with the Sports Arena) that they sold those tickets-which means Tickets in Time got paid twice? I will find out.
I will be paying off my Chase cards, one by one-after 30? years of being a client and use everyone else.  2 rip off companies-one transaction. How lovely.
Buyers beware of CHASE VISA and DO NOT EVERY BUY TICKETS FROM TICKETS IN TIME or the other bogus names they use.
