Tickets in Time Sold fake concert seats not yet on sale at 380% mark-up. Omaha, Nebraska

Our 3 kids came up with a great idea for 50th birthday presents for my wife and me.  They searched for Keith Urban tickets online and unfortunately found Tickets in Time. 

The kids didn't know the show had not gone on sale yet.  Tickets in Time posted fake seats at high prices making it look like these were the last seats available for the show. 

Tickets in Time just shipped the tickets which the kids purchased for $107 each.  Face value is 27.50 + 7.65 ticketmaster fee.  They claim they "upgraded" our seats to account for the seat numbers differing from those purchased.  They weren't better- just different.

Now we have tickets in the back corner of the arena for the cost of close-up floor seats.  Better seats are still available from the arena for much less.  The lady at Tickets on Time Customer Service says no one forced them to buy the tickets. She is right- they only set the trap.
