*UPDATE Employee: We secure customer transactions and promote fair market pricing for tickets
i bought tickets to WWE event and was overcharged for tickets. didn't get the tickets i selected and didn't get equal value or better seats. just overpaid for cheap seats. avoid buying tickets on this site at all costs. you will save a lot of money if you go to box office where the event is held. will never buy tickets at ticketspot.com again.

Hello! Thank you for your comments. We're sorry to hear about the problems and confusions in regards to your ticket order through us. We at TS are a marketplace through which independent ticket-selling companies and trusted individuals resell tickets to popular sporting, concert, and theater events. This means that the tickets on our site are all being resold and thus re-priced by their respective sellers based on what they think the tickets are worth. The event tickets on our website are therefore going to be priced above or below the face value of the tickets concerned. Some 40% of tickets on the secondary ticket market actually sell for below face value - so you can get some great deals online!
On the ticketing issue, we at TS expect all the sellers who resell tickets through our exchange to provide the tickets they advertised. You always have the right to contact our website with any such issues and we will be happy to help you. We expect the sellers who use our service to be respectful and efficient in dealing with customers.
Having said that, it seems that your main complaint concerns the price of your tickets - but your seller did have the right to price the tickets as they saw fit. The mark-up you paid is the premium price advertised by the seller that enabled you to buy the tickets when you did (ie: when other primary sources for the tickets were likely sold out).
Advertisers above have met our
strict standards for business conduct.
