Tidebuy.com Completely Fraudulent! Internet

In September 2012 I order a lace front wig from Tidebuy.com due to the selection and prices they listed.

By mid October, I inquired into the status of my order because I received no information other than the initial status that it was being shipped.

By the end of October, I informed Tidebuy to refund my money due to no product received. I also stated how unprofessional it was that any correspondence between myself and this company was always initiated by me.

By the second week in November I finally received a product...IT WAS HORRIBLE and definitely not as advertised. It looked as if a child had crafted the wig, the color was completely wrong, the style was wrong, the type of hair was not as ordered, and there were gray hairs so prominent that they outshines the actual color of the wig itself. Obviously I took pictures, contacted Tidebuy, and asked for a refund once this product was returned.

It is now December and I still have this poor excuse for a wig and tidebuy is still claiming to not understand the issue. I have sent over 20 pictures, and have called and written this "company" to have this situation resolvd and have been getting the runaround since November.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!
