This company is a total rip off! They quoted me $145 to clean my house that's about 1800 square feet. This included bathrooms, changing the sheets, kitchen, floors, and baseboards (no blinds).

The two maids, one of them named Kelly, showed up about forty five minutes late because of traffic. Yes, there is morning traffic here in the metroplex and they should have planned accordingly.

I told them what I had been quoted and what was supposed to be included. Kelly said that she would have to call because they might have to charge more because there were two bathrooms. Who calls a maid service when they only have one bathroom? It's usually for a house, right? That was the last I heard about it so I assumed everything was fine.

Also, when I called, I was very specific about needing an appropriate cleaner for the floor. It's travertine (natural stone) and you can't put just anything on it. They assured me they used non-abrasive cleaners though now I realize it still wasn't the right stuff.

There is no carpet, only the stone, and it is streaked all the way through my house! They also didn't clean my baseboards. Those were the two main reasons I called them. They also left behind their trash (water bottles), used all of my paper towels, and moved a dog crate from the floor and set it on top of my bed. Unbelievable.

So I called the office and they tried to tell me I should have paid more because there was more dust than they expected. WTF? Of course there's dust or I wouldn't have called. I told them either way, the floor wasn't done right and that I needed someone to come back and fix it. She said she would call the ladies that cleaned the house and call me back. Now she won't answer my calls.

I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau here in Dallas. Do not, I repeat do not, use this company. I Googled the phone number the office lady called me from (214-394-4823) after all of this and it brought up a courier service, a child care service, and an escort service ad on craigslist - no bulls***. It's definitely a fly by night company. I can't believe I let these people into my house.
