Tier 3 has had a number of bad reports and scams linked to it. But what is most important for anyone to know is that tier 3 has perfected its ability to scam the public and it's employees. They scam the public with letters titled with fake airline companies and offering obsurd gifts. The airline tickets people are supposed to receieve are a scam to get them to come down to a high pressure sales session. I worked for the company and attended one of there so called tours. They try to seperate themselves from the scam by saying they were hired by a wholesale travel agency, but they own and operate on these "promotions" so as to not miss out on scamming the citizens in their own backyard. The vouchers they tell you are complimentary, and you only have to pay the standard tax and fee on your ticket. And they will tell you the most they ever saw someone pay was 109 for tax and 4.95 processing fee for 2 roundtrip tickets from mystic, ct, to los angels, ca! But they don't tell you that they first requrie that you send $100 processing fee to activate the "voucher". And this must be paid by money order or cashier check. Then you never get your voucher, but you better believe they cashed the check! If you are able to track someone down and get them to give you your voucher, then you still can't use them. They make you choose like 3 different dates of travel about 3 weeks apart from eachother so that you can't plan a trip with them. Basically 99.9999999% of everyone who gets them gives up trying to use them, and was scammed out of their time and money.

Then when they can't get any grimier, and slimier they scam their employees too. They train you to tell people a bunch of b.s. and withhold as much info as possible so they don't know they are gonna be burned. They tell you if any authority at all calls be it a cop, a lawyer, a media member, etc, do not talk to them at all send them to the "legal dept." God forbid someone with a brain gets pitched on the scam. They also let you know that the email that sent out after you've scammed someone into showing up to the appointment is sent out in a fake name, Why is that? And the name on every mailer that goes out it signed by the V.P. Also fake. Why would a legitmate company need to use so many lies and fake names? And they change their toll free number from time to time to keep the people who've been scammed from calling back to find out about their money. I know this becuase people who were scammed received a new mailer months later with the new number and let me know they are still waiting for their vouchers or their money, and have been trying to call us back but the number was disconnected. They change it every couple of months. So then once an employee learns about their scam they fire them and steal their commission. They also tweak the numbers of the employee performance so they don't have to pay out commision to everyone. If you were offered a job by this place RUN!!!! And for the love of everything holy never list it on your resume if you did work there. They employee peophiles like Patrick Brian Mahan, (d.o.b. 5/1/67). As well as almost everyone that works there is on drugs or in trouble with the law. Thats why they make everyone dress so nice. They try to polish up a turd and tell the surrounding public it's gold. If you are interested in being scammed and scamming others this is the buisness to talk to. Just know you won't be able to work there and scam people and make money with getting shafted yourself by the company. It all comes full circle at Tier3.
