tier one warranty llc the warranty company did not pay for my car when the timing belt broke lost my car Houston Texas

hello i am writing a report on tier one when my timing belt broke on my 2005 chevrolet cavalier when the belt broke on it tore the motor all to pieces  i called tier one told them my car was at the mechanic shop and the mechanic shop called the warranty company you no what they told him i had to have every copy of oil change i had and all the maintance stuff i had on the car done well i called back and talked to him he told me the same thing the man was screaming so loud over the phone i had to get him calmed down to talk to him i told him are you going to fix my car he said no i asked him this is a scam right he said you can call it what every you want i lost my car out of it the total cost to fix my car would be 4.109.00 that was just to have a new motor put in well i did go to small claims court tier one was in texas i lived in georgia well i called secatuary of state see if they had associate in georgia they did name of it was incorp services  in atlanta ga the judge was for me but i still want them shut down for good for this made me loose my car almost lost my job just a rip off also a scam that bad for these people to stay open and let other people get ripped off
