I purchased 3 Tiffany bracelets through this website and was sent 1 in the mail from a Rosewood, CA address. I ordered them late November, received the one on December 24th...mind you they WERE Christmas presents...and have had nothing but issues trying to get reimbursed for the other two.
The website provides no phone numbers and email addresses. I just so happened to have the email payment confirmation from the 3rd party billing company and emailed them...then the customer service rep was informed that I did not receive my full shipment.
The customer service rep offered to pay me back 50 USD...when they owe me $100 for the other two bracelets I didn't receive.
I told her I want the goods not 50 bucks. She then went on to apologize and her excuses were 1st that she told me the shipping costs too much and then after 20 emails of getting nowhere her 2nd excuse was that they were out-of-stock. Now it's been over 2 and a half months and I still do not have my merchandise or refund. WTF?
