 We started our plan, she sent me a memory board for the event. I started making payments for my Sweet 16 on Novemeber 2016. She presented herself so professional that I referred her to other brides, which was a total disaster. I was suppose to have models for my props, staging for my event, and I made my last payment $1470.00 on Oct 10, 2016. I started reaching out to Tiffiany, about my cake, things that I made for the event, and wanted to work out my food menu. She would return my tzt 3 or 4 days later, stating she was really busy and would call me that evening. Well, we never talked. Its getting closer to my event, so its time to fine tune everything, so we can all be on same page, and in turn a nice organized event. She sent me a txt 6 days after I made my payment. Sharing it to much to txt, but she will email me, and this would clear up any issues. I recd email on 10/17/2016, stating she is very busy, and having any modication to the original plans would cause chaos since its not enough time, and shared she will not be able to do my event. To date, Tiffiany have not refunded my full payment. This girl is a thief. She goes around taking innocent people's money. I called the venue, where my event would be taking place, and they shared, she own them thousands of dollars, which is probably why she canceled my party, she is a scam artist, at it best! 

 I met Tiffiany in Decemeber, hired her to be my party planner for my daughter's Sweet 16 in November 2016. I paid her $1470.00 on Oct. 10, 2016. I started reaching out to her to follow-up on plans, and try to fine tune the color of cake, models she promised for my event, just trying to organize and get update. She was always delayed returning my call or txt, and never answer any of my questions that was needed. I asked can we meet or facetime to fine turn recap on everything. This never happen. I got a email 6-7 later, that she will not be able to do my party. To date, she have not sent back refund, nor return email or call. My event is in 3 wks. Pls beaware of this scam artist.
