I MADE ONE ORDER. I GOT CHARGED TWICE. they refuse to remove the second charge. after waiting on hold for 3 and a half hours, the customer service rep said "Hello can i help you...", in less than 3 seconds before i could formulate a reply, he hung up. i called again, on hold again for 1 hour this time- a considerable chunk of my life given to Global Computer/ Tiger Direct i can never get back. the customer service rep blamed the credit card company (the credit card company blamed Tiger Direct / Global Computer).
YES, YOU SAVE A FEW BUCKS. BUT LOOK AT WHAT YOU HAVE TO GIVE IN RETURN! or shall i say, give up in return.
I THINK THEY SET-UP GLOBAL COMPUTER BECAUSE OF OTHER BAD PUBLICITY ABOUT TIGER DIRECT.
