Tiger Direct Rebate check from Worldwide rebate bounced. Called Wacovia Bank and was told check had bad routing number on the check. Rebate center needed to issue a new check. I was assurred by Worldwide Rebate that a new check would be sent including the ten dollars that my bank charged my account for the bad check. I spoke with Lynn from worldwide on March 24, 2008. She also wanted me to fax her copies of the bad check and notice I received from my bank, which I did. In April I received a check for ten dollars from Worldwide Rebates to reimburse the bounced check fees but have not received a replacement rebate check to date. On May 28, 2008 I tried to contact Worldwide Rebates at 888-222-9300 but was hung up on. I called Tiger Direct rebate processing 800-888-6111, explained my problem, was told I was being transferred and was hung up on. I dialed back and was hung up on again. I wrote a note on the copy of documentation I had faxed to Lynn on 3/21/2008 and faxed it to her

i had similar problem

i buy a lot of stuff from tigerdirect and i have always gotten al my rebates from onrebate. however they are always late and sometimes i have to call to get them moving after the time period stated in the rebate! how ever i never got my rebate from 3dragonrebates on my video card its been well over a year now and i gave up

a while ago it was a 20 buck rebate on a nvidia 7300 512 mb card i had emailed the 3 dragonrebates dozens of times never a response ever i just don't have the time anymore to deal with it and gave up! i have only had 1 other problem with tiger in many transaction!

i would reccomend buying from tiger as long as you buy the xfx cards not the 3 dragonrebates card for get what name it was but it isnt pny evga or xfx it some cheesy less popular brand name that they do rebates for! the only other problem was when i buy a moto razr v3 from thier site it says tiger wireless but it wasn't tigerdirect but some company called inphonic or something and they at first didn't sent the free bluetooth till i complained and tiger sent me one. but inphonic i autorized a 9.99 fee to be charge on my card but the next day they charges me additional 18.99 but fortunatly i printed out all the paper work and the bill showing the 9.99 charge i athorized i sent info by fax to my credit card and they removed the second unathorized 18.99 by inphonic when i reported it as unathorized charge to my credit card company.

i have always contineud to buy computer and computer parts fromthem with great satisfaction as well as lcd tvs and such. but i will never ever order another cell phone at least not if it says in fine print "order fufilled by inphonic" nor will i ever ever buy another item with a rebate from 3dragonrebates. but i always reccoment them to all my friends and family for buying computers and lcd tvs last time i got an emachines with vist cd burner and 160 gb drive 512 ddr2 ram for 199.99 and i have never seen anybody ever beat that deal!

Tiger Direct and World Wide Rebates.

Within two hours of posting this message, I got a call from World Wide Rebates saying they would be sending out a check the following day. Will update again when I get the check.
