Tiger Direct Suppressed, Censored, My Negative Review Of One Of Their Products ... Internet

The product in question is Roxio's Easy Media Creator 8. You can read the full report here at ripoff under Roxio. Buyer Beware--No...Buyer Flee! I wrote a short version of my complaints about this software for Tiger Direct but they so far have refused to print it. This speaks volumes about their concern (or lack thereof) for their customers.

These folks are really good at taking your money and getting product out to you. I will give them that. But call sales with a question instead of an order and you may get curt treatment and the bum's rush as I did. Have a rebate coming and you need to be prepared to wait from two to three months to get your money (no exaggeration). I have yet to return anything, but reading the fine print on how you go about it makes me want to be very careful when I place my order with them and also hope I don't receive anything defective.
