TigerDirect is a joke!! Spend your money elsewhere! They sold my email address as I am getting spam and more crap from people I dont want to have it! Its been 4 days since I placed my order and my order still has NOT been shipped out yet! I got an email a few days after I placed my order stating my credit card had problems (thing is they already authorized my credit card for the full amount) and I had to call their customer service number in order for them to process my card. What a JOKE!!! DO NOT buy from these guys! HORRIBLE customer service, HORRIBLE company!!

We sincerely do apologize for the inconvenience in the matter, please be advised
that we do not condone in the use of customer's email addresses being used by
any affiliate organization to be used for any SPAM services as indicated on
our Privacy Policy.

In regards to the shipment in reference please be advised that the item
selected within your order did state ships within 2 business days online when
you placed your order. We will submit a notice to the vendor of the shipment
in reference in order to inquiry on the recent order status and will forward
the information to you once available. Once again we do apologize for the
inconvenience in the matter and hope this incident will not change your
opinion of our company.
