Tigerdirect used to be a good company. I purchased a motherboard that
was supposed to be brand new for $150 from them, but it came to me used.
 Tigerdirect had a no return policy with the motherboard (stupid of me
to trust them), instead they make you go through the manufacturer's
warranty service.  MSI never picks up their phone.  I sent in the
defective motherboard through their online RMA service, and they just
sent me back the same motherboard.  I called Tigerdirect and told them

about what happened, and they did not want to do anything to correct the
situation.  MSI & Tigerdirect used to be a good companies, but they
are just a bunch of crooks now.

Tigger!....t h e r e G r e a......t h e y sux!!


You are wasting your time with their web site & their e-mails!  They post this & they think that will make any future suckers be leave they are trying to "HELP" their customers !

 I orderd a simple order with two items in the same order one showed up about 7 working days but one that was 24.99 item # m501-1220    just never could seem to be shipped!

I called 1-800-800-8300 and was on hold for about 15 minutes a female pick up the phone & said can you hold & before I could answer I was back on hold about another 8 minutes went by & finally she was on the line! Wow! I told her what the deal was & 1st she said it had been shipped then she said she would have to reorder I said fine.....Well on my account I could see where she had placed the new order but it would never ship after about 4 days I found the same exact thing but cheaper so I ordered two + shipping was still cheaper than "Tiger"  Then I filled out the e-mail on rip off report link) & sent it about 4 days went by & never heard anything no call or e-mail nothing!..... So I called 1-800-866-6111  This is the # posted on rip off report to talk to their  "Champions"  (That is their words) not mine!....I figure they must be the BEST liars "Tiger" has because I told the" champion"
That I wanted my money back  H e knew what I wanted by my phone # but do you think the "Champions" could send a simple e-mail or let alone a phone call?? He said they had what I wanted in their ware house & could ship it out that day?  I told him No...So he says fine he would refund my little 24.99$!  I even have a tape recording of the conversation ! He said the money would be on my card in 3 to 4 business days.... O k that never happened, But he went a head & lied to me & shipped it to me anyways ! So now I have 3 of the same thing thanks to the incompetent "Champion" liars at TIGER DIRECT. com!

     So beware of them! you may not be as"lucky" as me!  & it is needless to say I will never buy from them again!

A Month and a half Later, no response

I responded to Charles from Tigerdirect on July 14th, and no response from him, and it is August 27th now.  Like I said, a bunch of crooks.

Empty Apologies

Just to show what kind of company TigerDirect is now, after I wrote a negative review on Yelp a representative of the company wrote to me on there.  He left me his direct line, and an e-mail address with the domain in it (so I know he legitimately worked for TigerDirect), and he asked for my information to try to help with my problem, and afterwards left me a voicemail apologizing to me.  A month later I do not hear from him at all.  I followed up with him with a voicemail and no response.  He couldn't even provide me a reason as to why he couldn't help me out.

I wouldn't be surprised if all the wages that was spent on customer service to fail at helping me actually amounted to the cost of the motherboard TigerDirect has ripped me off on.
