I bought a graphics card 12/21/2007 on ORDER # W191813701012 and filled out all the forms and submitted them to their rebate company website 'World Wide Rebates' http://worldwiderebates.com

Customerservice@WorldwideRebates.com sent the following summary of my rebate registration information:

Tracking Number: 4516963229137122
Rebate Offer: $30.00 MIR on:
Rebate Item : XFX GeForce 8600 GT XXX 256MB DDR3 SLI Ready PCIe DVI Video Card
Rebate Award: 30.00
Final Award: 30.00

Their email is "undeliverable"

8 months have elasped and nothing - no rebate.

Tiger Direct "customer service" says there is nothing they can do about a product I got a rebate FROM and they refuse to do anything.

On www.worldwiderebates.com, there is no contact number or email you can use to reach them.

I will never buy another Tiger Direct product again. Every rebate procedure with their products is a hassle, but this is the first for no rebate being received at all.
