This business is a scam.  They are part of the TeleFlorist network which offered no assistance either.

Flowers delivered were not what was pictured on their website and they also do not provide additional flowers that were requested and paid for. The flowers delivered were not the same as described on website ie. carnations substitued for roses.  The floweres were for Thanksgiving and pink carnations were substituted for orange roses. When flowers were returned, refund was denied.  Even though I was told that I could get a refund. When I started taking pictures of the flowers, the employee, and the store, the employee threatened ot call the police. 

I was told to call credit card company to dispute the charge. 

No Flowers were in the store. How could this be a Florist?  Employees and owner lie.  Use another Florist.

Credit Card Company Provided Refund

To add an update. The credit card company sided with me the customer with a refund due to the owner of this business refused even though the flowers were returned. The credit was awarded due to the fact that the owner did deliver what was advertised and ordered.

Buyer Beware - Dishonest Owner

I ordered Flowers directly from the Florist's Website. If I had ordered from the Teleflora website, I would had no problem getting the refund or receiving the correct flowers. It seems what I ordered got changed. Who would pay $60 for carnations?

I ordered Family Gathering Centerpiece and the owner subsituted the less expensive centerpiece. I also paid for the Deluxe with more flowers which I did not receive the additional flowers.

I have the picture of the flowers that were sent and not the same as what the owner attached. This owner closed her originally location in Brooksville and opened in Lutz. She has been in business 20 years lieing to customers. Who would know what is delivered unless you send them to yourself. Who then would complain to you that you sent them ugly flowers.

Her employee who said she was part-time and not temporary, told me that the business was struggling. The flowers were not delivered to the florist until after 11 am the day before Thanksgiving. How strange. I was also told that I could not pick them up and the delivery charge could not be refunded. 

Do not do business with this company even if the flowers are free.

Her statement:This business is a scam.     I have been in business for 20 years and I am in no way a scam.  I was not at the shop when she came in so I tried to talk to her on the phone and she refused, then she finally got on the phone, said a few things then hung up on me.  You can't get any help let alone a refund if you are not willing to talk to me, the owner. The girl at the shop was holiday help and she said you could bring the arrangement in if you wanted to. That didn't mean you automatically get a refund.

Most importanly, I am sending pictures to be posted and her original order that she sent me over the internet of the Teleflora Harvest Happiness that Susan ordered.  You will see that what she ordered has NO ROSES and NO LILY'S in it.  I believe she must have been looking at 2 different arrangement and then ordered the Harvest Happiness instead of the one with roses and lily's.  She was so rude, we tried to explain this to her when she was at the shop that she refused to even listen to us.  We tried to tell her that the one she ordered had mums and daisys but she refused to listen, we also noted that there was NOTHING pink in her arrangement as you will see in the picture, they are peach carnations which go perfectly with fall colors. I have a resonable substitution policy and the only thing I substituted was gold candles instead of yellow and a little more yellow daisys.  I believe she meant to order the Family Gathering Centerpiece with roses and lily's, BUT she didn't.  I made what she ordered and she used it and burned the candles down and then tried to return it.  I take pictures of everything I send out and I am adding all of them on here.   How horrible of someone to put such lies about a company when they are completely wrong, I didn't do any bait and switch as you will see. We asked her to leave the store because she was so rude and berating the teenage girl at the shop, she wouldn't leave her alone and I was on the phone so I heard her and told my helper to ask her to leave. This lady runs a business that is supposed to help/coach women in business as she berates a teenage girl and tries to ruin my good name as a business.  I would certainly never use her as a coach if this is how she acts to a business.  She tried to act as if I could use her help!  Hardly,  I think after having a successful business for 20 years I'm doing fine on my own. By the way, the credit card gave me the money back after I sent all of this to them.                                           (((Redacted)))
