Tiger Schulmann False charges, no contract, 30-day trial, left program before completion of trial, runing my 5 year old child's credit, contacted multiple times, sent my child's account to collections, company lacks paperwork skills and professionalism Hauppauge New York

Tiger Schulmann of Hauppauge, NY is falsely harming my 5 year old child's credit by charging her for a 30 day trial we took in August 27th 2016. We only tried the program and did not accept a contract. Now they are charging her $2097.00 and we did not even try out the full 30 days because we were disappointed with what we saw.  We went in person twice and even left messages for the instructor to advise him that we were not pursuing her studies there. I don't know if their paperwork management is just that bad, but we have been receiving letters saying that our credit card was declined, so they have been illegally making charges to our card. They should not even be charging it since we clearly expressed we were not interested and we did not sign a contract. Now they have sent her account to collections. This is infuriating, especially since no one from this establishment has followed up on my emails and phone calls. I cannot believe what measures Tiger Schulmann will take to rip off an innocent consumer. We have the paper to show that we only agreed to a 30 day trial. We even showed this to the instructor who has more students than he can keep up with. He said he would speak to corporate headquarters to tell them not to charge us. We received a collections notice today (2/21/2017) from First Credit Services, Inc which tells me the instructor did not bother stopping this harassment. I plan to call them again as well as the collection agency, but if they do not resolve this, I will be seeking legal action against this company. This is harassment. We do not owe this nor will we pay something we do not owe. I am just astounded at the immoral business practices of companies like Tiger Schulmann.
