Tigerdirect lied about shipping and lost my packages naperville illinois

i ordered over 500 dollars worth of computer parts and waited patiently but once they were out for delivery, the UPS driver sent my packages to the wrong address, after hours of being on the phone with ups, i finally got the driver to go back to the address and retreive my packages and bring them to me, well everything seemed to go OK but i had to end up sending my motherboard back to them because it was dead on arrival, I talked to a man on the phone on there customer service line and he clearly said he was gonna ship me out a replacement motherboard via 2nd day air shipping, which was the original shipping method i chose, but instead they are sending it via ups economy and will take 6-7 days to get here, i hate being lied to, because of these mess-ups i will never be shopping at tigerdirect anymore, newegg will get all my business from now on.
