On June,16 2007 I ordered a vidieo card from tigerdirect costing me $429.00 total including shipping and handling with the help of my cousin Tyson pay pal account.I
waited for the product to be ship to my address.
U.P.S. shipping company suppose to deliver the product but didn't, so I called Tigerdirect and U.P.S. about the situation both ups and Tigerdirect keep telling me to wait for delivery.
I even called U.P.S. to stop delivering to my house so that I will pick up the video card for myself. I tried picking up the video card from U.P.S delivery location but to my surprise the representative replied that there is nothing her for you many times.
After calling for over a month to both U.P.S and tigerdirect.com nothing was done. From that day everyday
I stared calling tigerdirect to refund me back my$429.00 to my cousins pay pal account but nothing happened up to this day.
I spoke to a countless numbers of their staff which all
saying the same thing (wait 2-5 business days for the refund) their was even a time where the company tried to ship the product back to me after I demanding my money back. I spoke to staff names such as
Juan,Brian,Arnold,Jeff,Ricardo,last name hayes,Alana,Emanuel,and even had one off the manager hang up on me named (Victor ext 5821) and countless others. Now it's July going into August and nothing have been done.
This is the worst online shopping experience I ever had. I am not a rich person, I work hard for my money just like everybody else. All I want is my money that I paid nothing more, nothing less. I don't even have anything
to show for the money that I paid because they got their video card back and I have nothing.
