 We registered for the 3 day course. This led to pressure to sign up for more training. We signed up for 8 courses that come with private mentor. We were assured courses were held within proximity and frequently. All courses must be completed within a 2 yr window. We were able to complete only 3/8 courses in this time due to the lack of course content in proximity and time slot availability. We travelled out of province for one course but between trying to get away from work extra days to attend out of town or province, the added expense of travel and accommodations and the lack of scheduling. When another course came up that we wanted to take we were told our time had expired and that we would have to pay additional fees per person per course in order to continue. To say the least we did not get anything near what we paid for and we never ever saw a mentor as we hadn't done enough training to actually put the material into action. Please do not attend any of these courses without first researching the pros and cons. We discovered later that the realtor we met to work on deals with trained himself and that's the reason he was so knowledgeable in helping us with investing. This "training" is a waste of time and money. Invest in yourself and use those savings to invest.
